Return & Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes a purchase may not turn out as expected, and that's okay! If you change your mind, we’re happy to accept returns, provided the items meet the conditions outlined below.
Conditions for Returning Merchandise
To ensure a smooth return process, please note the following:

A valid proof of purchase is required (e.g., receipt or transaction reference number).

Items must be in their original condition; unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and labels still attached.

Returns must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.
Returns for Defective Merchandise
We take great care in the quality of our products. However, if you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly accept a return if:

The issue is due to a quality concern such as poor stitching, fabric defects (e.g., color runs, printing errors), or faulty finishing.

The defect is not due to wear and tear, improper use, or failure to follow the care instructions on the label.

The item is returned within 30 days of purchase.
Items Purchased During Sales or Promotions

We do not offer refunds on items bought during sales or promotions.

However, you may exchange a sale item for another of equal or greater value (with a top-up if applicable), provided the exchange is made during the sale period.

Once the sale period ends, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on sale items.

For bundled offers (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1 Free or Take 2 for a set price), all items in the bundle must be returned together for an exchange or refund.

Please note that each receipt can be used for one exchange only.
