To shop with Girl About, you must:

3. Order Placement and Service Availability

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt. If you are paying by card, a standard pre-authorization check will be conducted to verify the card and the transaction amount. Your order will be accepted once payment is authorized and processed.


4. Modifying or Cancelling Orders

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. However, you may cancel your order within 12 hours. If the order has already been dispatched, it must be returned upon delivery before a replacement or refund can be processed.

Please ensure that all information provided at checkout is accurate and complete to avoid delays.


5. Pricing and Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product details and pricing are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the pricing or description of an item you have ordered, we will contact you promptly to confirm whether you would like to proceed with the corrected information or cancel your order. In cases where an overcharge occurs, we will offer a credit note or gift voucher to compensate the difference.


6. Delivery

At checkout, you will be able to select from various delivery options with estimated delivery dates and times based on your address. While we strive to dispatch and deliver your order within the indicated timeframe, occasional delays may occur. 7. Returns and Exchanges

We understand that sometimes things do not work out. As long as an item is in its original condition, we gladly accept returns within 7days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags attached

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

For defective or incorrect items:

  • You may return the item for a replacement or store credit

  • In this case, we will cover the return shipping cost

For other returns:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees

  • Once the item is received and inspected, store credit or an exchange will be issued
